Christine Aulenbrock (born March 26, 1992 in Bad Laer ) is a German volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career hall

Christine Aulenbrock started playing indoor volleyball at SV Bad Laer in 2004 . In 2006 she joined the junior team at USC Münster II, where she played in the 2nd Bundesliga . In 2009, the outside attacker switched to league competitor VT Aurubis Hamburg II , where she was active until 2013. From 2014 to 2016 Aulenbrock played in the 2nd Bundesliga North for DSHS SnowTrex Cologne , with which she also became German university champion in 2015. She has been playing for league competitor VfL Oythe since 2017 .

Career Beach

Christine Aulenbrock has played successfully in the sand with various partners at national youth championships since 2004. She competed nationally and internationally with Stephanie Koszowski from 2008 to 2009 and took fifth place with her at the U20 European Championship in San Salvo, Italy . In the same year she became German U19 champion with Teresa Mersmann . With Anna Behlen, Christine Aulenbrock became U18 European Champion in 2009 in Espinho, Portugal . In the same year she won the U19 World Championship in Alanya with Victoria Bieneck and in 2012 the bronze medal at the U23 World Championship in Assen, the Netherlands . Together with her former club mate Cinja Tillmann from Münster , she became U20 European champion in Catania in 2010 . At the side of Chantal Laboreur , she finished fourth at the U21 World Cup in Alanya in 2010. At the German Championship , Aulenbrock / Laboreur took fifth place in 2012. Christine Aulenbrock and Cinja Tillmann started together for Hamburger SV since October 2012 . They finished fifth at the U23 World Cup in Poland in June 2013. With Anna Behlen, Aulenbrock also took fifth place at the U22 European Championship in Bulgaria in August and then seventh with Tillmann at the German championship . From 2014 Christine Aulenbrock took a break from competitive sports. In 2016, she was back at the side of Sarah Schneider in the sand. Aulenbrock has been playing on the Techniker Beach Tour with Sandra Ferger since 2018 . Aulenbrock / Ferger also played in the German Championship and finished ninth. In June 2019 they won the Techniker Beach Tour in Nuremberg .

Private

Christine Aulenbrock's younger sister Carina also plays volleyball.
