Carl Alfred Brattström
Carl Alfred Brattström (born September 28, 1847 in Lübeck ; † August 4, 1911 there ) was a businessman and senator for the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.
Life
Carl Alfred Brattström was the son of the Lübeck businessman Marcellus Brattström. He learned the commercial profession in the company Haltermann & Brattström , which he continued alone after the death of his father and his partner Heinrich Wilhelm Haltermann . In 1882 he became a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the board of the Lübeck merchants . In 1883 he was elected to the Lübeck citizenship. In 1892 he was elected Senator of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck, but resigned from the Senate in 1899 in order to devote himself fully to his business.
