Carl Cröger

Carl Cröger , also Karl Croeger (born September 29, 1805 in Silesia , † September 25, 1886 in St. Petersburg , Russian Empire ) was a historian and teacher.

Life

Cröger worked as a teacher at various institutions. From 1841 to 1845 he was a teacher at the Krümmer'schen Anstalt under the direction of Heinrich Caspar Krümmer (1796–1873) in Werro . From 1847 to 1860 he was a teacher at the Schmidt'schen Anstalt in Neu-Tennasilm in Fellin , which was founded by Hans Schmidt's father, and from 1860 to 1867 teacher at the Wiedemann'schen Gymnasium from Hermann Wiedemann (1817-1866) to Reval in St. Petersburg.
