Carl Heeser

Carl Eberhard Wilhelm Heeser (born October 25, 1792 in Frankfurt am Main , † February 27, 1873 in Wiesbaden ) was a German lawyer and member of parliament.

Heeser was the son of the Frankfurt merchant Johann Wilhelm Eberhard Heeser the Elder. J. (to distinguish from the grandfather of the same name) († June 10, 1817 in Homburg vor der Höhe) and his wife Elisabetha Charlotte born Winter (born March 17, 1765 in Diez) the daughter of the court preacher and consistorial councilor Johann Samuel Winter.

Heeser, who was a Protestant denomination, married Caroline Henriette Wilhelmine von Diepenbroik (born October 25, 1792 in Dillenburg; † January 19, 1823), the daughter of the forest master Friedrich Adolf Quirin von Diepenbroik and Sophie Hartig, on May 8, 1818 in Dillenburg. After the death of his first wife, he married her sister Jenie von Diepenbroik (born April 13, 1806 in Dillenburg) around 1830/31.

Heeser studied law and in 1815 became procurator and lawyer at the Dillenburg appellate court . From 1822 to 1831 he was procurator and lawyer at the Wiesbaden Court of Appeal and from 1831-1866 procurator and lawyer at the Wiesbaden Court of Appeal . In 1873 he became a lawyer and procurator at the Wiesbaden Court of Appeal.

1846-1848 he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Landtag of the Duchy of Nassau , elected from the group of landowners, constituency of Wiesbaden. In 1848 he was a member of the Frankfurt pre-parliament .
