Carl Kaemmerer

Carl Kaemmerer (born July 10, 1820 in Gotha , † August 3, 1874 in Tambach near Gotha) was a businessman and member of the Reichstag .

Kaemmerer was a merchant and worsted spinner with branches in Gotha , Erfurt , Ohrdruf and Livorno . In 1857 he was a co-founder of the National Association, from 1865 to 1869 he was a member of the Gotha Landtag and a budget and finance officer.

From 1871 to 1874 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the National Liberal Party and the constituency 2. Saxony - Coburg -Gotha (Gotha).
