Carl F. Panagl-Holbein (* 1952 in Vienna ) is an Austrian publicist and photographer .

Panagl-Holbein studied communication science , art history and philosophy at the University of Vienna .

Panagl-Holbein had numerous solo exhibitions in the field of artistic photography. Works were u. a. Purchased by the Uwe Scheid Collection (Germany) and the Museum of Photography (Austria). This museum houses a little-known collection from daguerreotypes to contemporary photography.
