Carl Rudolph (administrative lawyer)

Carl Rudolph (born March 26, 1841 in Stettin ; † May 5, 1915 ) was a German administrative lawyer .

Life

Rudolph studied law in Heidelberg and became a member of the Corps Rhenania there . In 1865 he became an auscultator at the regional court in Cologne, in 1868 a government trainee in Cologne, in 1874 a government assessor in Opole, in 1875 a district administrator in the district of Groß Strehlitz in the district of Opole, and in 1883 a government councilor. 1883 to join the Imperial Japanese service as Undersecretary of State . In 1887 he returned to Germany and was assigned to the government in Poznan as a councilor. In 1888 he came to the government in Merseburg. In 1893 he became senior councilor in the government in Köslin, and in 1897 in Kassel. From 1897 to 1909 he was director of the direct tax department at the government in Kassel. In 1909 he retired.
