Carl Salfeld
Carl Friedrich Wilhelm Salfeld (born August 10, 1793 in Hanover , † December 28, 1847 in Burgdorf ) was a German administrative lawyer.
Life
Carl Salfeld was the son of the castle preacher in Hanover and abbot of the Loccum monastery Johann Christoph Salfeld . Salfeld studied law , interrupted by the wars of liberation , at the University of Göttingen . During his studies in Göttingen he became a member of the Corps Hannovera Göttingen . After completing his studies, he entered the administrative service of the Kingdom of Hanover and became an official assessor at the Hanover office in 1824 , in the Osterholz office in 1834 and in the Nienover office in Solling in 1840 . In 1845 he was promoted to bailiff in Burgdorf and stayed there until his death.
