Carl Trautmann (doll maker)
Carl Trautmann (CT) was the name of a company founded in the 19th century in Thuringia dolls - manufacturer based in Finsterbergen .
history
The company was founded in 1884 and manufactured ball joint dolls . For the head she only used those made from bisque porcelain from Simon & Halbig . The brands affixed there bore, for example, the initials S & C , including CT followed by a number.
In 1906 the company moved to Catterfeld and since then has operated as the Catterfelder Puppenfabrik .
