Carlos García Badías (born April 29, 1984 in Barcelona ) is a Spanish football player .
Player career
The beginnings
Carlos García started his football career in the 2003/2004 season with Espanyol Barcelona . For the Catalans he already played in youth and also for the B team. However, since he only made three appearances in his first season, he moved to the second division Polideportivo Ejido . There he made his breakthrough in the 2004/2005 season with 34 appearances and his first professional goal. After a year he left the team again to sign with the Andalusian second division rivals UD Almería .
Almeria
Carlos García was also able to become a regular in Almería. The defender achieved promotion to the first Spanish soccer league, the Primera División, with his new team in the second attempt in the 2006/2007 season. Apart from a season that he spent on loan at Betis Sevilla , Carlos García played for Almería until 2012. In the summer of 2012, he moved to the Israeli Ligat ha'Al for Maccabi Tel Aviv , where he signed a three-year contract.
Alanyaspor
For the 2016/17 season he was signed by the new Turkish first division club Alanyaspor . There he came to nine missions.
