Carlos Rodríguez , full name Carlos Emiliano Rodríguez Rodríguez , (born April 7, 1990 in Salto ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
At the beginning of his career, the 1.85 meter tall defensive player Rodríguez belonged to the squad of the Montevideo-based club Danubio FC at the latest from Apertura 2009 until September 2011 . In the seasons 2009/2010 and 2010/11 he completed 20 and 9 games respectively without a personal goal in the Primera División . In the second half of September 2011, he joined Miramar Misiones on loan . For the 2012/13 season he initially returned to Danubio, but finally moved to Miramar Misiones in August 2012. In the 2013/14 season he ran four times (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league. From mid-February 2014, he continued his career with the second division side Boston River and played 13 second division games by the end of the 2013/14 season, in which he scored twice in the opposing goal. In the 2014/15 season he was used 26 times (one goal) in the Segunda División . At the end of July 2015, he moved to the first division promoted Plaza Colonia . In the 2015/16 season he was used in 29 first division games (two goals) and was runner-up with the Uruguayan club. At the beginning of July 2016, Club Olimpo signed him on loan. With the Argentines he played 27 first division games (four goals) and two games (no goal) of the Copa Argentina . Another loan shop, Plaza Colonias, followed in mid-July 2017 with CA Tigre .
