Carlsberg Architectural Prize

The Carlsberg Architectural Prize was an architecture prize that was donated by the Carlsberg Foundation in 1991 and awarded a total of three times. The award was dedicated to architects who “contribute to the creation of structures with lasting architectural and social value”. The award's patron was Queen Margrethe II (Denmark) . The jury consisted of the President of the Carlsberg Foundation and well-known architects. In 1998, the prize money was the equivalent of around 200,000 euros.

After 1998 the prize was apparently no longer awarded and the company website does not provide any further information.
