The Carnein Glacier is a glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the southeast corner of the Eisenhower Range to the south along the western flank of the McCarthy Ridge , until it flows into the lower section of the Reeves Glacier not far from the Nansen ice sheet .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own surveys and with the help of aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1955 and 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Carl R. Carnein (* 1943), glaciologist at McMurdo Station between 1965 and 1966.
