The Carr Brook is a watercourse in Lancashire , England . It arises as Wrongway Brook in the north of Kirkham and flows in an easterly direction on the edge of the village until it forms the Dow Brook when it meets the Spen Brook .

On June 24, 2018, a large wild fire broke out in nearby Saddelworth Moor , which meant that numerous buildings in Carrbrook had to be evacuated for safety reasons before the fire approached.
