Cassandra Tate
Cassandra Tate (born September 11, 1990 ) is an American hurdler who specializes in the 400-meter distance and is also used in the 4-by-400-meter relay because of her sprinting strength .
In 2014 she won the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Sopot with the US 4 x 400 meter relay.
In 2015 she qualified second in the US championships for the World Athletics Championships in Beijing , where she won bronze.
Starting for Louisiana State University , she became NCAA champion in 2012 .
