The Cassina SpA is an Italian furniture manufacturer , based in Milan , belonging to the group Poltrona Frau belongs.

Two collections (2006) are offered:

• Cassina I Maestri
• Cassina I Contemporanei

The first-mentioned collection consists of designs created by functionalist designers. The designers are:

• Le Corbusier ,
• Gerrit T. Rietveld ,
• Charles R. Mackintosh ,
• Erik Gunnar Asplund ,
• Frank Lloyd Wright ,
• Charlotte Perriand .

Cassina holds the exclusive rights for the reproduction of furniture designs by the named designers, provided that design rights still exist (max. 25 years).

As the name suggests, the “Cassina I Contemporanei” collection is contemporary furniture. Behind it are u. a. the following designers:
