The Castillo Nunatak ( Spanish Nunatak del Castillo ) is a 443 m high nunatak on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises 0.8 km west of Willan Nunatak , 2.5 km northeast of Napier Peak , 2.9 km east of Charrúa Ridge and 2.8 km east-southeast of Krum Rock .
Spanish scientists mapped it in 1991 and named it after its resemblance to a castle or chateau ( Spanish castillo ).
