Cazombo is a town and municipality in eastern Angola . Cazombo is located in the border area of ​​the tri-border region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the north, Zambia in the east, and Angola.

Cazombo is only slowly recovering from the consequences of the Angolan civil war (1975-2002) and the overpopulation caused by the return of refugees afterwards.
