Lóvua is a village and a municipality in eastern Angola .
The community is characterized by increasing emigration, as it has so far benefited insufficiently from the government's reconstruction programs. The municipality is almost isolated due to poor road connections, and public buildings such as the municipal administration, market hall or schools are in poor condition or are missing entirely (as of January 2014).

Lóvua is the seat of a municipality of the same name (Comuna) in the district ( Município ) of Alto Zambeze , in the province of Moxico . The community has 8332 inhabitants (as of January 2014).
In addition to Lóvua, the most important places in the municipality are Muhunda, Muenhiambeji, Tete, Kaila and Sachiwaya.
