The Cerro Revuelta ( Spanish ; in Argentina Cerro Reno ) is a hill in Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . In the south of the Trinity Peninsula, it rises 8 km west of Mount Reece and around 14 km west-northwest of Pitt Point .
Chilean scientists named it after the soil biologist Gumercindo Revuelta Alfaro from the Universidad de Chile , participant in the 25th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1970–1971). The background of the Argentine naming is not known.
