Cesilie Carlton (born March 27, 1981 ) is an American water diver .
At the 2013 World Swimming Championships in Barcelona , she became the first world champion in the newly introduced 20-meter cliff jumping . In 2015 and 2016 she finished third in the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series .
