The Challengers Baseball Club Zurich (abbreviated CBCZ ) is a club of the Swiss Baseball and Softball Federation (SBSF) based in the city of Zurich . The club was officially founded on December 5, 1980 as the first baseball club in Switzerland . He has been playing in the top Swiss league, the NLA , since 1982 .
