The Zurich Eighters Baseball Club (abbreviated EIG ) is a city in the Zurich beheimateter Baseball Club . The Zurich Eighters Baseball Club was founded on November 10th, 2008 and on January 10th, 2009 it became a member of the Swiss Baseball and Softball Federation (SBSF). He has been playing in the first division in Swiss baseball since the 2009 season .
Since the 2013 season, the club has been competing in the first division with two teams (Team Zurich Eighters West, Team Zurich Eighters East) .
From 2008 to 2013, white uniforms with black pinstripes were worn. Since the 2014 season, the uniforms have been in graphite gray with white and black applications.
The Zurich Eighters Baseball Club is the fourth and youngest baseball club in the city of Zurich.
