The Chanda ( Russian Ханда , also Бе́лая / Belaja , "The White" ) is a right tributary of the Aldan in the Sakha Republic in eastern Siberia .

The Chanda rises in the Sette Daban mountain range. It flows mainly in a westerly direction. It cuts through the mountain ranges running from north to south. It finally reaches the Central Yakut Valley and flows into the Aldan. The Chanda has a length of 281 km. Its catchment area of 8790 km² lies between the rivers of Allach-Jun in the east and Aldan in the west.
