Chang Kyou-chul (born Chang Sun-gil ; June 19, 1946 , † April 19, 2000 ) was a South Korean boxer .
Chang won the 1965 flyweight (-51 kg) Asian Championships in Seoul . In 1967 he was able to repeat this success in the bantamweight (-54 kg). At the Olympic Games in the following year, after victories over Mario Mendoza, Guatemala (5: 0), Chi-Yen Wang, Taipei (3: 2), the third place in the 1967 European Championship was Nikolay Savov, Bulgaria (KO 3rd), and Horst Rascher , Germany (5: 0), the semi-finals. In this booth in Eridadi Mukwanga , Uganda , against which he had to admit defeat with 4: 1 judges' votes. Chang was eliminated from the tournament with a bronze medal.
