Charles Sinclair "Charlie" Rogers (born June 1, 1937 in National City ) is a former American sailor .
successes
Charles Rogers took part in the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo in the kite boat class . Alongside Richard Deaver, he was a crew member on Skipper Lowell North 's US boat . With the Aphrodite they won one of seven races and finished the regatta taking place in the Enoshima marina with 5523 points behind the Olympic champions from Denmark around skipper Ole Berntsen and the German boat led by Peter Ahrendt in third place, with which they won the bronze medal.
Rogers worked for a sailmaking company.
