Charlie Sjöstrand (born November 7, 1986 in Gothenburg ) is a Swedish handball player .

Career

Sjöstrand, who learned the handball game at his hometown club Västra Frölunda IF , played 16 junior internationals for Sweden and was U-21 world champion in 2007 . With Alingsås HK he was Swedish champion in 2009 and played in the Champions League with this club in the following two years . In 2012 he moved to Redbergslids IK and was elected to the Elitserien All-Star Team for the 2014/15 season . In the meantime, he moved to IFK Kristianstad for six months . From 2015 to 2018, the left winger played for the German club GWD Minden.
