Chen Shu (sports official)

Chen Shu (* 1957 ) is a Chinese tennis referee and sports official . It is the only gold badge referee in China.

Career

Chen Shu was the competition manager of the wheelchair tennis competitions at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing . He has been a referee and tournament supervisor on the WTA Tour since 2009 . In 2010 he was the only tennis official in China to receive the gold badge . Chen Shu has been Vice President Event Relations, Asia-Pacific for the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) since 2017 . In 2018 he was head referee at the tennis competitions of the Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta .
