Miguel Porlán Noguera (born October 12, 1961 in Totana , Murcia ), player name Chendo , is a former Spanish football player .

Career

Chendo moved from the youth of his home club Totana to Real Madrid's youth division at the age of 15 . He played for Real Madrid Castilla for three years . In the 1982/83 season he got under coach Luis Molowny some appearances in the first team, and a year later he was an integral part of the team. In his 16 years at Real Madrid, Chendo, who mostly occupied the position of right full -back, has achieved a variety of titles. Seven times he could see the Spanish league win, twice the Cup , five times the Supercup and once the Ligacup . Internationally, he won the UEFA Cup twice with Real Madrid and, in his final season, the UEFA Champions League .

National team

With the Spanish national team , Chendo played the World Cup finals in 1986 and 1990 . He made a total of 26 missions.
