The Chepra Cove (English, Bulgarian залив Чепра saliw Tschepra ; in the UK Demel Cove ) is a 1.7 km wide and 2.3 km long bay on the Loubet coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located on the west side of the Pernik Peninsula as a side bay of the Lallemand Fjord south of Holdfast Point .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2015 after the Tschepra cave in southeastern Bulgaria . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee , however, named them after the German captain Uli Demel (* 1944), from 1989 skipper on Antarctic cruises.
