criticism

The e-zine Laut.de rated Cherry Bomb with three out of a possible five points. From the editor's point of view, Thomas Haas, the rapper reflects “ the state of mind of thousands of kids ” on the one hand , but is also one of the most creative and visionary minds in hip hop on the other. Cherry Bomb can be understood as a“ homage to Tyler's musical influences, references and inspirations. "So it is" full of soul, jazz, hip hop and punk ", which makes it" hard to beat in terms of bulkiness ". The songs Buffalo and Smuckers are " still the most classic songs in hip hop garb ", which means that they are characterized as " almost ordinary ". In contrast, the " jazzy pieces [...] are definitely among the best songs " on the album.
