The Chhiv Himal (also Chhibu Himal ) is a peak in the Himalayas in Nepal .
The Chhiv Himal is with a height of 6591 m (according to other sources 6650 m ) the third highest peak in the Damodar Himal massif . 3.68 km to the west is the highest peak of the Damodar Himal, the 6759 m high Khumjungar Himal . A ridge leads northeast to the 6,328 m high Saribung . The Damodar Glacier flows on the northwest flank and the Bharchapk Glacier on the northeast flank . The south-east and south-west flanks are drained via the Labsegletscher .
The Chhiv Himal was first climbed by a Japanese expedition on September 18, 2004.
