The Chikuminuk Lake is a 96.4 sq km large and 26 km long lake in the Dillingham Census Area in the southwest of the US state of Alaska . The lake of glacial origin is located at an altitude of 182 m in Wood-Tikchik State Park on the eastern flank of the Wood River Mountains , a mountain range of the Kuskokwim Mountains , between Lake Chauekuktuli in the south and Upnuk Lake in the north. The Milk Creek , the most important tributary, flows into the eastern end of the lake. The Allen River drains the lake south to Lake Chauekuktuli. The catchment area of Chikuminuk Lake is about 700 km².
The name of the indigenous people of Alaska for the lake was documented in 1915 by the US Bureau of Fisheries as "Chikoominuk".
