China Fortune Land Development , also known as China Fortune , is a publicly traded Chinese real estate developer based in Beijing , led by Wang Wenxue and focused on industrial park development. They are the current owners of the Chinese Super League club Hebei China Fortune FC , which they bought on January 27, 2015. Wang Wenxue is still the company's largest shareholder through China Fortune Land Development Holding and is a multi-billionaire. According to the American magazine Fortune , it is one of the fastest growing companies in the world. The company is active in 10 countries.
China Fortune Land Development was part of the CSI 300 Index (index for large to medium-sized companies on the stock exchanges in mainland China) and its sub-index, the CSI 100 Index. It has also been part of the Shanghai Stock Exchange's SSE 50 index since June 2017 .
