Arnica Elsendoorn

Arnica Elsendoorn (born January 22, 1947 in Amsterdam ; † January 29, 2015 there ) was a Dutch actress and dancer .

Live and act

Arnica Elsendoorn received her dance training at the Scapino Dance Academy in Rotterdam . From the 1965/66 season she performed at the Scapino Ballet and in 1968 moved to the Dutch National Ballet, where she danced until 1973. From the 1970s she turned to the art of acting. She attended courses in the Stanislavsky Method at the Actors Studio in Manhattan and the Experimental Theater Wing at New York University .

As a result, she played in various theater productions, films and television series, directed theater and gave acting lessons. She has worked at the Amsterdam Art Academy , the Henny Jurriëns Studio, the Codarts School of Art in Rotterdam, the New Bulgarian University and the University of Casablanca .

In addition to her work in the Netherlands, she appeared in several German film productions, including the series MS Franziska and Achtung Zoll! .
