Dili Chinese Cemetery

The Chinese cemetery of Dili is located in the west of the Taibesi district ( Suco Lahane Oriental ), in the south of the East Timorese capital Dili .

The East Timorese Chinese minority cemetery was laid out in 1889. The oldest existing graves date from the early 20th century. In the center there is a building called "Chion Ton". Ceremonies are held here before the burial of the dead.
