Chof hascharon ( Hebrew מועצה אזורית חוף השרון Mo'aza Asorit Chof HaScharon - Regional Association: Coastal Strip of the Sharon ) is a regional administration founded in 1949 . The Israeli regional association comprises the Tel Aviv district and the central district and is located on the coastal strip of the Sharon Plain on the Israeli Mediterranean coast between Netanya and Herzliya . The association is divided into 6 moshavim and 5 kibbutzim . 14,000 people live in the regional network (as of 2014).
