Choi In-jeong (born May 21, 1990 in Seoul ) is a South Korean sword fencer .

successes

Choi In-jeong won numerous medals at the continental level. So she was twice Asian champion in the individual and three times with the team and won five more silver medals and two bronze medals across all competitions. At the Asian Games in Incheon in 2014 and in Jakarta in 2018 , she won bronze in singles and silver with the team. In 2018 she became vice world champion with the team in Wuxi . Choi took part in two Olympic Games : in 2012 she finished twelfth in the singles in London , and with the team she finished the competition on silver. In the final, the South Korean team lost to China by 25:39. At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , she was seventh in the individual and sixth with the team.
