Chorale Roanne Basket is a French basketball club from Roanne in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . Founded in 1937 Club plays in the Ligue Nationale de Basket , currently in the second division LNB Pro B . The home games are played in the André-Vacheresse hall.

history

In the 2001/02 season promotion to the highest national league succeeded LNB Pro A . In the next three years you had to relegation at the end of the season to prevent relegation. Despite a high budget, Roanne was eliminated in the quarter-finals of the playoffs in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

After 12 years of membership in the first French division, relegation to the second division LNB Pro B could not be prevented in the 2013/14 season .
