The Chorus publisher of art and science was on art and art history specialist book publisher based in Mainz .
The publishing house was founded in 1995 by gallery owner and art historian Dorothea van der Koelen and published exhibition catalogs , monographs and catalog raisonnés with a focus on contemporary art and art history . The publishing program included publications on contemporary artists such as Lore Bert , Eduardo Chillida , Heinz Gappmayr and Günther Uecker .
The publisher was deleted from the commercial register at the Mainz District Court (HRA 3253) on June 8, 2005.
The publisher was a member of the German Book Trade Association .
