Chris Lee (film producer)
Chris Lee (* c. 1956 in New Haven , Connecticut ) is an American film producer and former head of production at TriStar Pictures and Columbia Pictures .
Life
Lee studied political science at Yale University . He first worked for the television station ABC on the program Good Morning America and then switched to TriStar Pictures, where he made it to the position of head of production. In his own capacity he then worked for Columbia Pictures, where he was responsible for films such as Jerry Maguire , As Good As It Gets and Philadelphia . Later he produced a. a. Valkyrie and Superman Returns .
Lee is the founder of the University of Hawaii Academy for Creative Media .
