Chris Pelzer

Chris Pelzer (* 20th century) is an American film producer , director and author who was awarded an Oscar in 1986 for the short film Molly's Pilgrim .

Life

Pelzer attended New York University , where he graduated with a Master of Fine Arts . He graduated from Boston University with an AB in English Language and Literature. He was also at Keele University . He was also trained at the Red River Army Depot . Prior to film, he worked as a coordinator at the United States Embassy, ​​overseeing alumni issues.

Pelzer's entry into the film business with the short film Molly's Pilgrim , for which he was co-responsible with Jeffrey D. Brown , was rewarded in 1986 with an Oscar in the category “Best Short Film” (Live Action) . Pelzer's next work was the short film The Hating Movie , which he directed. He then worked for television, including the cartoon series Inhumanoids , for which he co-produced 13 episodes, and the animated television series Potato Head Kids . He also co-produced 61 episodes of the animated fantasy series My Little Pony 'n Friends .
