Chris Scheuer
Chris Scheuer (born September 19, 1952 in Graz ) is an Austrian comic artist .
Scheuer, the son of a restorer , published his first comics in the Schwermetall magazine in 1982 , and later various works were carried out for the Comic Forum magazine . The comic strip Marie Jade , created together with Rodolphe , was created for the French magazine Charlie Mensuel . Other works by Scheuer are the series Sir Ballantine (text: Wolfgang Mendl), published as a serial novel in the short-lived comic magazine Moxxito (Carlsen Verlag) , and Morgana .
In 1984 - the year the first prize was awarded - Scheuer received the Max and Moritz Prize in the category of best German-speaking comic artist .
