In the early 1980s he began the series Raffini (with Jacques Ferrandez ) and Les Écluses du Ciel (with Michel Rouge ) first long-term projects. With Jacques Ferrandez he also realized a few one shots (including The Viscount in 1986 ).
In 1984 the first volume of his successful series Cliff Burton was published , which was initially drawn by Frédérik Garcia and later by Michel Durand . Other well-known series in Germany are Taï Dor (co-author: Serge Le Tendre , draftsman: Jean-Luc Serrano ), Kenya (draftsman: Léo ) and The Other World (with Florence Magnin ).
