Christa Hein
Christa Hein (born August 25, 1955 in Cuxhaven ) is a German writer .
Life
After long stays in the United States and working as a lecturer in creative writing , Christa Hein now lives near Berlin . In 1992 she took part in the Ingeborg Bachmann Competition in Klagenfurt .
Christa Hein is the author of novels and short stories . She also translates from English .
Christa Hein was among others awarded the factory Schreiber price of Romanfabrik Frankfurt and the price of the Frankfurt artists help .
