Christian Alba , full name Christian Rodrigo Alba Nievas , (born April 17, 1992 in San José ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

society

The 1.96 meter tall offensive player Alba emerged from the youth team of the Uruguayan first division club Danubio . For the Montevideans he played at least since 2006. In January 2012 he moved from the U-23 playing in the Tercera División to Clausura, initially for six months on loan in the Segunda División to Progreso . There he was able to celebrate promotion to the Primera División at the end of the season. In the course of the Clausura he played four games. Then he returned to Danubio. In 2013 he joined the first division team Huehueteco and Huhuetenango in Guatemala . In early January 2014 he moved to the Honduran club Vida , for which he played four games in the Liga Nacional and scored two goals. From the beginning of 2016 he continued his career in Argentina at Club Atlético San Telmo . There he was used in ten league games (two goals). In early July 2016, he joined Chaco For Ever . In this club he ran three times (no goals) in the Torneo Argentino A on. At the beginning of January 2017, the Argentinian club Justo José de Urquiza, which was competing in the Primera C Metropolitana, signed him .

National team

Alba has been a member of Uruguay's U-17 squad since at least April 2008 . He was part of the squad at the 2009 U-17 World Cup in Nigeria . He was used three times in the tournament. He didn't score a goal. Later he was also a member of the U-20 Uruguayan .
