Christian Anderl

Christian Anderl (born March 1, 1975 in Gmünd ) is an Austrian photographer and video producer / filmmaker , Canon Ambassador and former radio presenter .

Christian Anderl graduated from the hotel management school in Krems an der Donau . After seasonal work, followed by military service, he completed an apprenticeship as a structural draftsman up to a project manager in an architecture office. He was interested in photography and graphic design and worked on the morning show for private radio (RadioW4).

He then switched to the Ö3 broadcaster , where he moderated various programs from 2000 to 2012, including Studio A - the film and television show.

From the beginning of 2006 to the beginning of 2009, Christian Anderl moderated the Ö3 Wecker once a month on the weekend, the pre-evening show Ö3 Here - the information and service show on Hitradio Ö3 .

After his first photo exhibition in 2009, he works full-time as a photographer and produces music videos.

On April 28, 2012 he presented for the last time on Ö3.

In October 2012, after his own testicular cancer diagnosis , he portrayed over 50 Austrian celebrities faces with schnauzers for the internationally active charity organization Movember , which aims to raise awareness of the topic of men's health , especially prostate cancer . The photos appeared in the form of a calendar in both 2012 and 2013.

He has been running the photography course platform Shootcamp since May 2014 . With the online courses (basic course, Blitzen 1x1, landscape photography, photographing people), it is aimed at photography enthusiasts and beginners under the motto "Simply take better photos".

The resulting community is one of the largest German-speaking photography communities.
