Christian Bauer (born August 6, 1975 ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Bauer played a second division game for 1. FSV Mainz 05 . In the 1: 2 defeat on November 3, 1997 against SC Freiburg , he was in the starting line-up. When the score was 0: 1, coach Dietmar Constantini brought in Sven Demandt in the 64th minute of the game , who marked the final score of 1: 2 in the 89th minute, for the debutant Bauer. It was Bauer's only professional assignment. Overall, he came for the 1997 to 2000 but 78 missions for the second team of the FSV, in which he scored 15 goals. He then moved to several lower-class teams, such as Eintracht Bad Kreuznach (2000-2002), SV Weingarten (2003) and TSG Weinheim (2004). From 2005 he played for VfR Grünstadt. He has been active for TuS Bolanden since 2014.
