Christian Due-Boje (born October 12, 1966 in Farsta ) is a former Swedish ice hockey player who played for the Starbulls Rosenheim in the German ice hockey league from 1983 to 2002 .

Career

Christian Due-Boje began his career as an ice hockey player with Hammarby IF , for whose professional team he made his debut in the then second-rate Division 1 in the 1983/84 season and immediately rose to the Elitserien . In the following season the team missed relegation, so that the defender spent the entire 1985/86 season again with Hammarby in Division 1. He then received a contract with first division club Djurgårdens IF , with whom he won the Swedish championship three times in a row between 1989 and 1991 . In addition, he was defeated in 1992 with the capital city only in the playoff final of the Malmö Redhawks .

In the 1997/98 season, Due-Boje ran for Södertälje SK in the Elitserien, before he moved to Starbulls Rosenheim in the German Ice Hockey League for two years . He left this after their withdrawal from the DEL following the 1999/2000 season and joined the Malmö Redhawks, where he ended his career in 2002.

International

For Sweden , Due-Boje took part in the U20 Junior World Championships in 1985 and 1986 , and the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer .
