Konrad Christian Eberhardt (born April 18, 1857 in Speyer ; † May 11, 1939 ) was a board member of the food company Knorr .

Christian Eberhardt was the youngest of fourteen children. His father was Johann Konrad Eberhardt (1809–1893), merchant and mayor of Speyer, his mother was Katharine Philippine Karoline Eberhardt, née. Spitzer (1813-1868). Christian Eberhardt attended the commercial and trade school in Speyer and completed a commercial apprenticeship in Wiesbaden. He then worked for his father's business in Speyer, which at that time was managed by his older brother Carl. At the age of 18, he commissioned the younger brother with business trips that led to Holland and Hungary. On July 1, 1877, Christian Eberhardt joined the company as "the first traveler of the Knorr family", which was then headed by the two brothers Carl Heinrich Eduard Knorr (1843–1921) and Alfred Knorr (1846–1895). Eberhardt was granted power of attorney in 1884 , and he also became a silent partner. In 1888, he was appointed to the Heilbronn headquarters from the field service to support the management. There he worked in sales and raw materials purchasing. His successor in the field was Gustav Pielenz . In 1899, when the company was transformed into the stock corporation CH Knorr AG, Eberhardt was appointed to the two-person management board together with Pielenz. Eberhardt remained a member of the Executive Board for 26 years. On June 5, 1925, for health reasons, he retired from active service after 48 years and moved to the supervisory board of CH Knorr AG, of which he was a member until the summer of 1938. Eberhardt was with Knorr for almost 61 years and made a major contribution to the rise to a global company. In addition, he was a board member of the Heilbronn Trade Association from 1902 and a member of the Heilbronn Chamber of Commerce from 1917 .

Christian Eberhardt married Anna Rupp (* 1863) in May 1886. The marriage produced three children: The sons Fritz (* 1887), Kurt (* 1890) and Hugo Emil (1894–1895). Christian Eberhardt died on May 11, 1939 at the age of 82. He was buried in the main cemetery in Heilbronn ; the grave is not far from the Knorr family grave.
